From the beginning...

It is awesome how people naturally connect when they throw their hats over the wall together at the beginning of an endeavor, look each other in the eyes and say, "no matter what we are not going to quit until we accomplish what we are setting out to do".

As part of the deep I love it as we are in each others homes and part of each others lives more and more. Then I hear of team members running into each other in public, calling or emailing one another and getting together.

The more we are all connected to one another and our community the greater our opportunity will be to strengthen and grow strong!  Thanks to my wonderful family and team for your sacrifice in starting the deep! If you are anything like me though what you get from it far outweighs the cost!
