A Promise!

I was at an ecumenical event recently where a number of people/churches were working together for a common goal.  During the brief event I watched three conversations take place where instead of "working together", pastors were talking to people who did not attend their church about why their church was a great place to come check out!

I believe the deep is a great church to come check out and stay much like these other churches!  I don't even mind when God calls people from other places in the kingdom to help with this new work!  I know this kind of crap happens all the time!  

No matter the cost, I promise that if/when we work along side one another my priorities will be God's Kingdom & our community, not pilfering people!

People always come and go...and may that be the case by the wooing and wind of the spirit...not my untimely decision to manipulate.
